I ordered the frameless tiles and received my order and several of the items are bent, ripped on the corners, and the back black linings were bubbling off. I requested a return and full refund without the restocking fee. I sent them pictures of the damaged products. They said they wanted to “make it right” but they wouldn’t give me a refund. They said they would replace the items, but why would I want a replacement of the same product when it would probably show up damaged again? They said I could replace with the framed product but I didn’t like any of those products. So I requested the replacement be the glass tiles as it looks the most similar to the original product I ordered. They have refused to replace my damaged order with tiles that I like. Trying to get a product that isn’t damaged that I like from this company has been very frustrating and stressful. I have had a very bad experience with their customer service. So now I don’t know what to do with this situation.
