I absolutely adore these tiles! I've ordered more than a hundred so far. Two of my walls will be dedicated to military family and friends. As I renovate my home, these tiles will be the centerpiece. They serve as a beautiful reminder of the good times and those we've lost. I'm not finished ordering yet, especially with new great-grandbabies on the way!
The photo tiles look great on the wall and were easy to mount. Colors on the tiles matched my uploaded images closely. Shipping was a bit slower than expected (arrived a few days late), but the tiles were packaged securely. I’d like slightly thicker mounting pads, but otherwise a solid product for decorating a space with photos.
Buyer beware! If I could rate them an absolute zero I would . This company is advertising heavily on social media highlighting the lower rates vs mixtiles . Well the few dollars you save isn’t worth the headache you’ll gain . I’m still waiting on an update on an order when after they admitted it’s delayed for unknown reasons . When I attempt to reach out to customer service it’s an email system ! In which they reply in 48hrs!imagine communicating with them and the response takes 48 hrs .. just ridiculous. I’ve been told numerous times my order is ready to be shipped and I’ll receive a email and still the tracker states the shipper has yet to receive my order . I wished I read all the reviews about the lack of customer service prior to spending my hard earned money on a company that doesn’t value the customers. Take a word of advise and pay for a company you can trust as happytiles is a scam .Just an update … After being contacted by the company they admitted to being not transparent about delivery specifically telling me the order would be shipped the next day knowing it would not ! Once again I was informed the issue was resolved and my order would be shipped but today the tracker number provided is now not valid .. So completely unbelievable.
I've ordered twice from happytiles and I've never been so happy and excited receiving my frames. I get a lot of compliments on them from family and friends! The customer service was top notch and the price so reasonable! I can't help but admire my frames hanging on my walls! Ordering was so easy!!!
To be truthful’ when I first tried to order I had some issues with the site but after contacting Amy at customer service she was extremely helpful I got 16 pictures framed for a fantastic price. Once I ordered it didn’t take long at all for them to be delivered. Once they shipped it only took a couple of days and they arrived. I was Extremely impressed with the quality of the frames and the pictures were exactly as I ordered. I immediately emailed Amy and told her how pleased I was with my purchase. I have always been leery of ordering anything off Facebook, but after I Googled them they were legit. As I explained to Amy I’m an older guy and disabled veteran and I don’t even own a computer. The pictures were of my granddaughters and my first time trying this. The customer service was awesome and got back with me in just a few hours. If you need framed pictures I highly recommend this company. And oh by the way the coupons I received in my order and the 16 tiles as they call them, but they are framed pictures as I call them and the deal they were offering on the website, was Very reasonably priced. One happy customer. And again thank you so much Amy for your help, your professionalism and kindness to go the extra mile to help your customers was awesome, I’ll be ordering again very soon.

I am a long time Mixtiles customer and went to order again from them. I ended up ordering from Happytiles simply bc I wasn’t paying attention and the websites are very similar. The quality of print from Happy tiles is inferior to Mixtiles. Mostly I’m infuriated a company like Happytiles would so blatantly knock off another company. To the point it’s nearly indistinguishable from the original company. Stick w the original Mixtiles company!
