I never received any proactive updates about shipping dates, so after a month, I inquired and was told they couldn't provide one. After nearly three months without either item, I reached out again and was finally given a shipping date, which passed without any updates. After over a week, I contacted them again. Four months after placing my order, the bag finally arrived, along with the other item I had requested. I can understand preorder delays, but this experience was chaotic from a customer perspective, especially holding another paid item without reason.
