I was switching to Harbor Compliance for my Registered Agent service, as my current large company was doubling the price, and only gave me a one week heads up on the price increase. I utilized their "change of RA assistance" where they complete the paperwork for you, which was fantastic, since I was running out of time to switch. I also had to show proof to my previous company I used, that I had a new RA, AND that it was already changed at the Dept of State search! I contact customer service over the weekend through e-mail, and monday morning I had a response. They ended up expediting the process, since I was running out of time, and needed the proof on the State Dept website. It ended up being completed before end of day Monday, which I was so greatly appreciative of, as it needed to be done by Wed. Karen was super responsive, understanding, and won me over as a supporter of their company right away. I knew I made the correct decision to invest in their RA service PLUS have them handle the paperwork, to free up my time. I would highly recommend them for any of your business needs!
