Do not trust their claims about contract flexibility! I adhered to their official cancellation procedure, submitting my request and necessary documents a month before the renewal date. Even after multiple follow-ups, my request went unacknowledged. The deliberate obstacles and lack of communication suggest that the service intends to keep customers in automatic renewals. I am extremely frustrated.

Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was completely ignored. The poor communication and deliberate obstacles make it seem like the company wants to keep customers locked into automatic renewals. I am extremely disappointed.
I called and someone answered just to take notes, then said I would receive a callback within 24 hours. Instead, I received an email that didn’t address my questions at all. The last thing you want from a registered agent is unresponsive support; they wasted my time taking my questions only to send back unhelpful information. I switched to another service that actually answered the phone and my inquiries.
I registered thinking I was dealing with a local company due to the local phone number and physical address. Eventually, my account was taken over by another entity. Fast forward five years, and my company received a court summons that someone in the office signed for without notifying me. I ended up with a judgment, and now my lawyer is trying to fight it. If they can't send legal documents properly, they shouldn't just rely on email notifications. This is unacceptable given the legal stakes!

She responds quickly, demonstrates extensive knowledge, and explains everything clearly, all while maintaining a great customer service attitude. I’ve had some challenges with finding information in the portal, but she has been excellent in assisting us. Overall, customer service has been fairly prompt, though some issues take longer to resolve.
