Marketing claims about contract flexibility are misleading!

Do not trust their claims about contract flexibility! I adhered to their official cancellation procedure, submitting my request and necessary documents a month before the renewal date. Even after multiple follow-ups, my request went unacknowledged. The deliberate obstacles and lack of communication suggest that the service intends to keep customers in automatic renewals. I am extremely frustrated.

Beware: Cancellation Process is Frustratingly Difficult

Don’t be fooled by their claims of contract flexibility! I followed the official cancellation process, submitting my request and necessary documents well ahead of the renewal date. Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was completely ignored. The poor communication and deliberate obstacles make it seem like the company wants to keep customers locked into automatic renewals. I am extremely disappointed.

Phone Call Experience

I called and someone answered just to take notes, then said I would receive a callback within 24 hours. Instead, I received an email that didn’t address my questions at all. The last thing you want from a registered agent is unresponsive support; they wasted my time taking my questions only to send back unhelpful information. I switched to another service that actually answered the phone and my inquiries.

Misleading Local Representation

I registered thinking I was dealing with a local company due to the local phone number and physical address. Eventually, my account was taken over by another entity. Fast forward five years, and my company received a court summons that someone in the office signed for without notifying me. I ended up with a judgment, and now my lawyer is trying to fight it. If they can't send legal documents properly, they shouldn't just rely on email notifications. This is unacceptable given the legal stakes!

Great Partner but Portal Needs Improvement

My account manager has been an excellent partner, keeping us informed and responding quickly! Even though she has moved to a new role, she still goes above and beyond when I reach out. However, the customer portal is lacking; I often can’t see permits or status updates without reaching out, and response times can be slow, especially for urgent matters.
