I was told by the staff member that served me in Grand Forks, ND, that Harbor Freight did ship to Canada, so I joined their sales club. Once I got home to Canada, I checked out Harbor Freight online and they do NOT ship to Canada. Grand Forks is 2 1/2 hrs from me, so I would rarely be frequenting their store, if any in the next year. I sent two inquiries on their website, complaining about this, which generated an auto response on both occasions that my email would be answered promptly. No response.I was led to believe I would get a service that I paid for.
