I ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. The website claimed it was '100% premium cotton,' but I received a flimsy, shiny polyester item. I paid $50 for it, which is far too much. I immediately sought a return/refund, but they have continually attempted to deny my request. Their customer service first claimed they had no record of my order. After involving a payment resolution service, they still refuse to provide a return shipping address. Each day, they add new requirements to process my return. I’m grateful for the payment resolution service, as it seems the seller would not even pretend to refund me otherwise. After multiple inquiries for return instructions, I still have not received an address after 4 days and 5 emails. I regret ever spending money with this seller and advise others to steer clear.
