I received stunning corduroy pants at an excellent price, delivered in a timely manner (about 10 days, EU delivery). I couldn't find this style anywhere else. Since then, friends have been asking me where I got them, and I've even referred a few new customers. I'm very pleased; everything is perfect!
I would give this service zero stars if I could. They took my money and never delivered my order. They are deceitful and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against ordering from them; they are criminals and scammers who deserve to be held accountable.
1. The item did not match what was displayed on the website.
2. The quality and material were subpar.
3. The color was more like mud than beige.
4. I returned the item within a week with tags still attached, yet they have refused to issue a refund, claiming it didn't meet their criteria. Additionally, the images are misleading and do not accurately represent the product.
I ordered a 2XL but received a 4XL instead. They attempted to justify it by saying it was due to 'EU sizing,' which is false. Their size chart doesn’t even back that up. The support team disregarded my evidence and just sent generic responses. They wouldn’t adhere to their own refund policy. I recommend staying away from this company.

I paid $50, which was definitely not worth it. I immediately sought a return and refund, but the support team has been uncooperative, claiming they have no record of my order. After involving a payment platform that confirmed my purchase, they still refuse to give me a return shipping address. Now, they want photos of the item to 'verify' it, adding more obstacles each day to complete the return. I'm grateful for the payment platform's assistance; otherwise, I doubt this seller would even pretend to issue a refund. Despite multiple messages over four days, I have yet to receive any return instructions. I forwarded all communications to the payment platform and obtained an address, but I fear the seller will dispute it once I ship the item. I deeply regret spending my money here and would advise others to steer clear of this questionable site.
The items received do not align with what was advertised, and the sizing is inaccurate. When I attempted to return, they retained the taxes I paid, which seems unlawful in this state. The return process is quite complicated. I cannot recommend buying from this seller.

I wish I could rate lower than one star. The quality is extremely poor, and the sizing is drastically incorrect. I ordered an oversized extra-large turtleneck sweater, but what I received was so small it looked like it could fit a doll. I am incredibly disappointed, especially considering their high prices. I will be contacting a consumer protection agency regarding their misleading advertisements.
The item arrived from overseas without tags and was priced at $49.99, yet it felt like it was made from $5 material. It was the wrong color, and when I referenced their return policy, they provided inconsistent information. I've documented everything.
