Too Bad There is Not a Negative Star for this company. I have at least 14 email exchanges with their customer service department. I believe multiple employees reply under the same name. The popular one is Kris. I get so many different answers to the same situation. Here's the scoop or poop if you would; I placed an order their website was confusing so I got two of the same item...I didn't need the extra one. One response offered a store credit of $177 (the total of my order) if I simply kept the merchandise. I had instituted a chargeback for the extra item with my credit card issuer, but based on their offer, I cancelled the chargeback in good faith. Now I am getting the runaround from these jerks stating lies like the chargeback is still in play, oh wait not it's not, we will investigate, we will honor our promise, and on and on. What a load of crap. I do have a $100 dollar credit on the store account, but want to wait until they give me the full $177 as promised before I use it. I did tell them I was going on every review site I could find and even report them to the better business bureau. Do not make the mistake of ordering from this really lousy low quality product business.
