I ordered a "sweater coat" on 1/20/25 and still have not received it yet!! I've sent them 3 emails to advise on delivery and status and each time I get the same automated message about "circumstances beyond their control "which has caused a delay in shipping? Avoid this company. I will never do business with them again.
