Worst experience I’ve ever had. Package ordered over a month ago, package has been shipped all over the country and tracking says it is lost in Colorado (other side of the country from me). Customer service emailed back saying the package is on its way and that high volume orders was the cause of disruption. Absolute BS. I’ve asked for a refund/credit 100 times with no reply. They have done nothing to remedy the issue. They should be sued big time. I am still without my package and without a refund. Absolute theft.
