I ordered clothing from Harbor & Thorne’s website and confirmed sizing beforehand via email. I was told that size “S” corresponds to a 28–30 inch waist. Instead, I received a size “L” with no warning or explanation until after delivery.The support agent then changed their explanation multiple times—from “we auto-adjust to U.S. sizing” to “we use EU sizing”—none of which were disclosed before purchase.They refused to send the correct size unless I paid return shipping upfront. Their refund policy says returns are free for incorrect or defective items, which this clearly was. They also tried to settle the matter with store credit.Worse, they don't even list a company address publicly. The return address they gave belongs to a different company, DND Imports LLC, with no signage for Harbor & Thorne at the physical location.I have filed reports with the FTC, BBB, and the California Attorney General. I recommend avoiding this brand. Their behavior suggests an intentionally misleading business model.
