Happy HAA customer. I joined HAA 4 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. All phone calls answered within two minutes and responded to efficiently. One IT glitch yesterday corrected within 24 hours. Highly competitive rates for buying and selling and straightforward competitive storage rates. All money transactions smooth. Strong security measures make me verify any contact or transaction-- a bit of a hassle but I don’t mind as it’s for my security.
