My wife and I have a small amount of money invested in silver with Hard Assets Alliance, on Aug 1st they denied my good old password. Their program would not send an email link to reset. I called twice Aug 1st and was robotically hung up on after 5-10 wait. I have call once today (Sept1st), today their robot hung up on me right away. These days when HAA gets ahold of your money they seem to want to make it difficult to get it back. Recommend you proceed with caution.
