Me and my family are currently snowed in at a motel in Union City TN and my husband walked across the way to get me and our kids breakfast but once he got there I realized he left his money at the room so I called the restaurant and let them know and these kind people gave him our breakfast for free so he wouldn't have to walk all the way back to get the money...we appreciate it so much and our breakfast was great thank you so much ❤️

Website does not work well. I had to abort it as it closes 1/2 h before the restaurant closes even though I was sitting in the parking lot and of course the store would not honor the on line prices. Items that were really good and competitive that are gone 1. Ham and cheese croissants-breakfast and the handmade raisin buiscut-breakfast that were traded off for some kind of ready made buiscut not nearly as good. And my favorite which is no more home made beer battered onion 🧅 rings ! We want these back ! If the buiscuts and gravy go I’m gone ! Evansville, Indiana
Longhorn Road Lynchburg VA employees have the worse attitude toward customers and each other that I have ever encountered in my 64 years. When the food came it was a cold egg sandwich with ice cold cheeses slapped on it very dry. Just awful experience.
Hello,I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal I purchased from store #1503533 on Ferrington Rd, in Chapel Hill at approximately 11:56 AM. Since this was the peak of lunch hour, I expected my order to be fresh. I was on a 30-minute lunch break and returned to my office to eat, only to find that the food was in unacceptable condition.The bun was falling apart and tasted stale, the onions were sour, and the cinnamon roll was extremely hard. The entire meal was cold, old, and unsatisfying. Given rising food prices and tighter budgets, it is incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal that is not edible, especially during a busy workday.I am requesting that this issue be addressed, as the quality I received does not reflect the standards I expect from your chain. I would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation, as well as assurance that this location will take steps to improve food freshness and quality.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
If anyone goes to Hardee’s on Roan St in Johnson City TN and you order biscuits n gravy sm hash brown check your order!!!! I got a biscuit EMPTY gravy container a sausage biscuit ( I did not order) the sausage was not cooked and biscuits both were doughy in middle. Oh and NO hash browns!!!! 12.00 wasted!!!
Store #1505354 Biscuits and Gravy. WORST EVER! Only 1 biscuit that was as dry as a pretzel, but not even warm. Gravy was from powder and tasted like it. Again not up to temperature. I usually enjoy my food at Hardee's but this shakes my allegiance to the brand. I will NEVER order this again.
