Review Time
Started off all ok food was fast and hot however I was fast put off the food when a member of staff who I will ad was on there break stood up and thought I was ok to put his hand down the back of his trousers scratch his arse then stiff his hand. Then again do the same 5 minutes later and looking at his finger nails.
Spoken to the manager and he did nothing! I even said to tell him go wash his hands before he comes back on to shift.
Then to finish it off said member of staff finished his food picked up his serviettes and placed them back in the dispenser
Again went and spoke to manager and explained telling him to go remove the serviettes
Again did nothing so took it upon
Myself to go remove them.

This local fast food outlet has reached new lows. I promised myself I wouldn't come back after my daughter insisted on visiting. They often run out of milk, and today was no exception—no milk for shakes, no McFlurry, and shockingly, no cappuccino either! We waited 11 minutes just to be served two drive-through customers. When we reached the collection point, we were told to park and wait again. After another five minutes, we finally received our order, which was just a Big Mac and a Coke. In my opinion, this is the worst branch in the area, consistently proving it time and again. I would give it negative stars if I could. Sincerely, a frustrated and confused customer.
I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a mcchicken, but I received a bag containing my sauces, napkins, and the mcchicken separately. I'm not upset about missing food, just a bit puzzled as to why it wasn't all in the same bag. I work in food service, so I understand the wait, but getting items in different bags at different times is a bit strange.
What I found most disturbing was the blatant racism exhibited by the employees at a location in Cincinnati. I witnessed an elderly African-American woman struggling with her walker for over 30 minutes, waiting to place her order. The staff directed her to the kiosk while promptly serving other customers. As a white individual, I felt compelled to assist her when she mentioned she only wanted a cheeseburger to get by. After I ordered her two cheeseburgers, the cashier rudely remarked that I shouldn't bother if I was ordering for her. I was appalled by this treatment. I ended up taking the woman to my car and treating her to lunch elsewhere. I, along with many others I know, will never set foot in that establishment again. It desperately needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.
They have made notable changes since a few months back, and the staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. They handle everything efficiently without any disputes. The food has been excellent. Although they can get busy with a limited team, they manage to complete tasks, even if it takes a bit longer. This isn't anyone's fault. I've encountered no problems!
The staff at this location were very unhelpful. I asked to exchange a toy, and the supervisor outright refused. In my previous visits to other locations, the staff were always accommodating with such requests. On another occasion, I was reprimanded by the supervisor for not cleaning up a spill on the table, which I thought was only necessary to clear away items like the paper cup. I really dislike visiting this location, but sometimes I have no choice if my clients prefer to meet there. I hope the management addresses this issue, as the supervisors lack proper customer service training.
Downloaded the app and made an order for £51 …. Delivery was via UBER …. I was not just disappointed i was disgusted none of the food was even slightly warm it was ALL literally stone cold.

I got back on the app to complain and apart from it taking 20 minutes to get through to an agent it’s not a McDonalds agent it’s an UBER agent - there is NO way to raise a complaint with McDonalds it has to go via Uber …. The uber agent said they understand i am disappointed but the food was delivered within a time that was acceptable and so no refund would be given !!!
Regardless of the delivery time the food was too cold to eat it was horrible …. So McDonalds needs to be accountable for the cold food and i 100% should have been refunded !!
It’s ridiculous that Uber are handling McDonalds customer service issues wether it was Ubers fault or McDonalds the fact is i paid a lot of money for food that should have been delivered at a temperature it could be eaten at - I’m so angry !!!
