Brought a new hard hat watch before Christmas and I received it Christmas eve. Straight away the strap was faulty, kept coming away from the watch. Wouldn't stay connected no matter how I tried.
Emailed them straight away and I got a response saying they'll send me a replacement straight away I thought great stuff what great customer service...........
Well I was wrong , been getting no updates it's been over a month and no new watch.
