Watch stopped working after three weeks. Cannot talk to anyone over the phone and emails were responded to slowly. Got the old "you need to expect some problems with Tech'... Not what Garmin, Apple would say. Did get a replacement watch, however not confident. Should have read the review by a guy in New Zealand. Leonard Funk - very in depth review. Would not have bought if I had seen this. I think you can buy these watches from Temu for about $30.00. Buyer Beware.

Brought a new hard hat watch before Christmas and I received it Christmas eve. Straight away the strap was faulty, kept coming away from the watch. Wouldn't stay connected no matter how I tried.
Emailed them straight away and I got a response saying they'll send me a replacement straight away I thought great stuff what great customer service...........
Well I was wrong , been getting no updates it's been over a month and no new watch.
The customer service is shit

Disappointing experience with the watch

The watch functioned for just 2 hours before the screen stopped working, and it has been buzzing for the last 24 hours. The support team has not responded to my inquiries, claiming they are busy. The product feels cheap and generic. Similar watches can easily be found elsewhere. Poor quality and service. I am convinced that there may be a class action lawsuit against the company in the future after seeing numerous negative reviews. It appears they have taken advantage of several customers.

The service promotes the watch's sturdy design and capability for tough conditions, yet I took great care of this watch. After just 12 months, the screen went blank, and I was informed it was a hardware issue, with only a 50% discount offered for a replacement. I refuse to spend more money for potentially another year of use. I'm really let down that communication is limited to online only, with no chance to discuss matters over the phone. Given the price and their claims, I expected it to last much longer! I had higher hopes for a company that is locally owned; they need to stand behind their product.

This watch is fantastic. It has great features, is user-friendly, and lasts a long time! Additionally, the company is excellent. My screen protector cracked within the first 90 days, and they replaced it without any hassle! Highly recommended 👌

Unsatisfactory Experience

I bought one of their watches for my husband 10 months ago, and we faced issues from the start. Their responses were always just suggestions to try this or that. Now, we only have a blank white screen. I cannot recommend this. I prefer to stick with a brand like Garmin and pay for quality.
