Parcel stuck in customs in France for 8 days, missing documents. Hardloop not responding to emails requesting update and progress of delivery. No replies. I ordered from a British website but items coming from France customs and tax quoted as being included in the price but now concerning I ever receive the boots but have to return them if I’ll have to pay taxes again to return. Poor communication unable to contact anyone by phone, no replies to emails
