"Extremely disappointed. I was sent a faulty item and had to pay £94 in customs charges just to receive it. While I accept responsibility for import fees on functional goods, paying nearly £100 in 'penalties' for a broken product is unacceptable. Customer service showed zero sympathy and refused to help with a refund or solution. I’m now out of pocket with nothing to show for it."
