Ordered a product in July which was of very poor quality (made in China) didn't fit well and was unusable. Followed H&H returns procedure to the letter. After 2 emails, they've not bothered to reply after a month. Their website is slick and in the photos, the products appear to be good, but the product I received was cheap tat and 'customer service' after that has been non-existent.
