I needed Insulin for my cat and was unable to get it locally since it's on backorder. Hardy paw was the only site I found it in stock. Initially I was taken back by the price difference. When I received the cooler with the cold Insulin today, I was so grateful to receive it. That alone justified paying the extra money. I am so impressed with their keeping me posted about shipping and seeing when it would arrive. And the packing of the cooler being sent from Calfornia to Florida is truly remarkable.
