I received my order in a timely manner, but the treats that were shipped were too hard for me to press a pill into. Since that is what I use the treats for, I called customer service. They agreed to let me send the treats back and provided a return shipping label. However, when the refund was issued, it didn't include the $6.75 in shipping costs I had paid. When I called about that oversight, I was told that since they had shipped me the treats, they were not going to refund the shipping costs. I explained that they had shipping me unusable product, but they still insisted that the shipping costs were not being refunded.
