I ordered checks for $28.57, but they never arrived, so I'm having to reorder. I just discovered that I don't need to rely on this company. I've always used them because my bank directs me to them, but there are many more affordable options available, and I plan to choose one of those next time. This service is far too pricey.

The Post Office returned my check without clear reasons, yet I was still charged for them. When I requested a resend, they imposed a tracking fee that was supposed to be waived. Upon calling to reverse it, they offered to do it as a courtesy but said it would take two weeks for a refund. The service team was quite rude and interrupted me while I was explaining my situation. I will never order checks from them again!
This service shows complete disregard for its customers. It's impossible to speak with a human representative. They push their ineffective bot on everyone. They insist on obtaining my routing number to automatically order checks, but they get it wrong. I need to talk to a real person. A company that mistreats its customers and traps them in bot loops is unacceptable.
If I could rate them a zero, I would. This service is completely dysfunctional. I tried multiple times to reorder my checks online, but the website repeatedly said it couldn't find my order history. I called to place an order, but their phone system also failed to locate my order history. After being placed on hold for 20 minutes, my call got disconnected just as I was about to speak with someone. I will never order from this service again; there are plenty of better options.
