WHO NEXT? How Samsung’s $350,000,000 Denon Acquisition Hides a Systematic Corporate Censorship Schem

This is not just a dispute about headphones. This is a story about how a monopoly operates in the consumer market. Samsung, through its subsidiary Harman, controls over 20 leading audio brands, including JBL, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, and Marantz. Unfortunately, the policy I encountered has proven to be uniform across this giant concern.I purchased my premium AKG N9 Hybrid headphones directly from Harman Audio on eBay. I am a loyal customer with a 100% positive rating (1886) on eBay since 2007. I trusted the commitment to quality from a Samsung subsidiary. When a manufacturing defect (glue separation) appeared after only four months, I expected a simple warranty solution. Instead, the company systematically:Created an impossible financial barrier (a non-refundable $220 shipping fee BEFORE the official defect recognition).Annulled its official defect recognition.Executed corporate censorship by immediately blocking my service email address after escalating the matter to Samsung headquarters. Critical Evidence: Systematic Shadow Ban Confirmed. The corporate policy of concealment culminated in a systematic "shadow ban" of the customer's account on public platforms. This action, targeting the user directly after exposing the warranty fraud, constitutes a GROSS VIOLATION and undeniable evidence of Deceptive Business Practices.I submitted comprehensive evidence of censorship and 'Sham Warranty' to the BBB on November 15th. Samsung’s refusal to mediate resulted in the BBB officially closing the complaint as 'Unresolved’ under Complaint ID: 24028418, 12/01/2025.This systematic process resulted in the effective reduction of the warranty term by 6 months (headphones purchased 04/15, annulment ~10/15), which constitutes a GROSS VIOLATION of the sales contract and consumer rights. The headphones are no longer a product; they are evidence.Reputation is the most valuable currency. And it is the hardest thing to recover once it has been lost! A final payment of $439.95(MSRP)will be made to fully restore the warranty and uphold the consumer’s rights. This payment does not affect or conclude the ongoing investigation into other matters related to censorship and suppression of information.I believe that the deceptive business practices of such large corporations (and their subsidiaries) must be discussed openly and must not be subject to censorship. I am confident that I am not the only one who has faced this problem and their policy. My conflict clearly demonstrates that the corporate policy of censorship affects the entire umbrella of Samsung's audio empire. As a dedicated audiophile who owns the premium Denon PerL Pro headphones (a brand recently acquired by Harman in the $350 million Sound United deal), I have a legitimate and pressing concern: I do not want the same 'Sham Warranty' and corporate censorship applied to my Denon product. The story of how a major corporation forces a customer to buy silence, and the full evidence package, are available online.SEARCH KEY: Samsung/Harman: Destruction of Digital Evidence and the Policy of Total Suppression
