No stars.

No stars.Sent a faulty set of headphones from a UK post office in February. Had checked the progress of return but, had a shocking message stating on Royal Mail track and trace an item that the item cannot export to the sender. I have put the right address on and what's inside the parcel. Now they will return back to me in 21 days.I will not be returning the headphones back to Harman intl. When I do get back the headphones they will go straight into the bin. I would of taken Harman Intl to a small claims court if they are based in the UK not the Netherlands. But, unfortunately being an overseas company I cannot.Wasted money.Don't ever buy from an overseas company because you have to send back the item abroad and it may not get sent back to the Retailer. Buy from Argos, John Lewis, Ebay, Amazon that way you will get your money back.

They just abandoned my package in one of their colection points, not on the adress given.

They just abandoned my package in one of their colection points, requiring me to go into the City to get It, instead of delivering It at the adress stated on my request.Never contactes me by phone/message, never even got close to where they had to deliver it. Hilarius, unprofesional, fraud and ilegal, untrastfull, fake, "never again" company.

My JBL speaker was delivered to a different address 1/2 mile away.

My JBL speaker was delivered to the wrong address. It was not received. Simple as that. Their courier DPD dropped it off, seamingly, outside the door of the town hall???? This is approx. 1/2 mile from my house. I received notification it had been delivered and I called them straight away to let them know the delivery had failed. What was supposed to take 7 days to sort out is now two weeks later. What is frustrating and unacceptable is the fact that Harman claims the "case is still under investigation." They cannot tell me what that investigation entails or give me a date when it can be resolved so I am being fobbed off. Not good enough! Case # 19475006

WHO NEXT? How Samsung’s $350,000,000 Denon Acquisition Hides a Systematic Corporate Censorship Schem

This is not just a dispute about headphones. This is a story about how a monopoly operates in the consumer market. Samsung, through its subsidiary Harman, controls over 20 leading audio brands, including JBL, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, and Marantz. Unfortunately, the policy I encountered has proven to be uniform across this giant concern.I purchased my premium AKG N9 Hybrid headphones directly from Harman Audio on eBay. I am a loyal customer with a 100% positive rating (1886) on eBay since 2007. I trusted the commitment to quality from a Samsung subsidiary. When a manufacturing defect (glue separation) appeared after only four months, I expected a simple warranty solution. Instead, the company systematically:Created an impossible financial barrier (a non-refundable $220 shipping fee BEFORE the official defect recognition).Annulled its official defect recognition.Executed corporate censorship by immediately blocking my service email address after escalating the matter to Samsung headquarters. Critical Evidence: Systematic Shadow Ban Confirmed. The corporate policy of concealment culminated in a systematic "shadow ban" of the customer's account on public platforms. This action, targeting the user directly after exposing the warranty fraud, constitutes a GROSS VIOLATION and undeniable evidence of Deceptive Business Practices.I submitted comprehensive evidence of censorship and 'Sham Warranty' to the BBB on November 15th. Samsung’s refusal to mediate resulted in the BBB officially closing the complaint as 'Unresolved’ under Complaint ID: 24028418, 12/01/2025.This systematic process resulted in the effective reduction of the warranty term by 6 months (headphones purchased 04/15, annulment ~10/15), which constitutes a GROSS VIOLATION of the sales contract and consumer rights. The headphones are no longer a product; they are evidence.Reputation is the most valuable currency. And it is the hardest thing to recover once it has been lost! A final payment of $439.95(MSRP)will be made to fully restore the warranty and uphold the consumer’s rights. This payment does not affect or conclude the ongoing investigation into other matters related to censorship and suppression of information.I believe that the deceptive business practices of such large corporations (and their subsidiaries) must be discussed openly and must not be subject to censorship. I am confident that I am not the only one who has faced this problem and their policy. My conflict clearly demonstrates that the corporate policy of censorship affects the entire umbrella of Samsung's audio empire. As a dedicated audiophile who owns the premium Denon PerL Pro headphones (a brand recently acquired by Harman in the $350 million Sound United deal), I have a legitimate and pressing concern: I do not want the same 'Sham Warranty' and corporate censorship applied to my Denon product. The story of how a major corporation forces a customer to buy silence, and the full evidence package, are available online.SEARCH KEY: Samsung/Harman: Destruction of Digital Evidence and the Policy of Total Suppression

I purchased a computer table from…

I purchased a computer table from HARMIN LTD, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The product materials felt very cheap, the finish was poor, and it did not match the description or expectations. Assembly was frustrating due to badly designed parts, and the overall build is unstable and unsafe for regular use. This is by far the worst quality product I have ever purchased, and I would not recommend HARMIN LTD to anyone.

JBL Go4 portable speakr

I Purchased a JBL Go4 portable speaker for a recent holiday, I was initially very impressed with the build quality of the device but when I tried to play music through it unfortunately the speaker had a fault.I contacted support and they initiated a repair request, something I thought a little strange for a brand new product as I expected an exchange. However I returned the item to Harman repair services in Leeds, I went on my holiday without the speaker and the speaker had a holiday in Leeds being repaired.I came home from my holiday and the speaker was waiting for me with a letter saying that the repair centre had replaced the main circuit board and the speaker, the only thing they didn’t change was the outside casing, again I thought a strange thing to happen why didn’t they just replace the whole speaker? but yet again when I played music through the Go4 it was still doing exactly the same thing, so I. Contacted the support again thinking surely they would replace it now, but no they initiated another repair request, by this point Harman repairs had, had my Go4 speaker longer than I had, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing directly from JBL as I did I would recommend buying from another supplier like Argos or curry’s who would give you an instant replacement, because harman support is none existent they just fob you off.
