I won a discount on JBL headphones through a promotion at McDonald's. The headphones were pressing into my son's ears and I have not been able to return the headphones for 20 days. Harman, the company that handles returns, is stalling and won't send a return label. They sent a label 3 times with a picture of batteries and said it was a shipping label I don't understand anything. When I rang them they said they needed time to sort it out and didn't answer.
