I purchased a hair thickening lotion because they stopped carrying the one I used. I got it home tried it & put back.in the.car to return.By the way,.the top cap did not fit propy. I forgot about it but yesterday I stopped into return it at the Nanuel store . I did not know they had a 90 day return policy. I remembered the announcements in the stores that said you could return any merchandise that was not wanted . Unfortunately, it was the 91 days. I would have been fine with store.credit since I have spent a lot of money in these stores. However, I've spent my last dollar at Harmon Face Value since they are no.longer consumer friendly.With the pandemic & the resulting upheaval in our everyday life, it would have been reasonable to offer an exchange or store credit.THIS COMPANY NO LONGER VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS! BUY ON LINE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE!
