I never received a tracking number. Later, I got an email saying my order was canceled and my card wouldn't be charged, yet I found a $369.75 charge on my account. Unlike many retail sites, this company doesn’t show the total amount before confirming the order, leading to confusion. My cancellation requests on LIVE CHAT were ignored. They apologized for the misunderstanding but refused to cancel my order or issue a refund. Their misleading website is at fault, and I feel scammed. Their response times on chat were too slow, and I'm still waiting for my products and tracking number. BE CAUTIOUS.
