I’ve had a frustrating experience with the service regarding my refund. It’s been three months, and I now realize I made a mistake with my order. I thought I was paying $29 for one cream, but they charged me $429.69 immediately after I confirmed my order. I contacted them right away, and as soon as I received the five creams, I returned them promptly. However, after multiple emails, I’m still waiting for a response. I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been scammed.

Unlike many retail sites, this company doesn’t show the total amount before confirming the order, leading to confusion. My cancellation requests on LIVE CHAT were ignored. They apologized for the misunderstanding but refused to cancel my order or issue a refund. Their misleading website is at fault, and I feel scammed. Their response times on chat were too slow, and I'm still waiting for my products and tracking number. BE CAUTIOUS.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! My father placed an order without realizing it was a subscription. It was very well hidden, and he had another $299 deducted from his account. There was no warning or order confirmation email. I assisted him in returning the product and filling out the return form within 30 days. It has now been two months with no communication or refund! The live chat is ineffective, and no one answers the phone!
