I returned products from a subscription I didn't know I had signed up for, which were in perfect condition. Despite emailing and live chatting with the company, I still have not received a refund of $272.42 after six weeks since they got the products back. All I'm told is to be patient! This is beyond a joke. Such a dishonest company that doesn't honor its 30-day money-back policy. Terrible customer service.
