This service is truly disappointing and deserves a negative rating! I have been transferred to multiple 'customer service' representatives and the billing department. They provided their refund policy, which indicates I qualify for a refund, yet they keep trying to evade this issue! STAY AWAY from this service and choose trustworthy online options instead... it's a shame!
