I joined this company on 1/1/26 for what I thought was a discounted price. It turns out that perhaps they advertised a daily price, but I cannot be sure. I reached out to them several times, via e-mail, and received no reply. I have been unable to use their program due to some health issues during the first 2 months. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from them. I do not recommend using this company. I plan on canceling my subscription. I had high hopes.
Offer was aroud 13€. I accepted that, after that there where questions about meal plan or something and if you did not take that, you could not go further. So I was thinking, i really dont need, but if its a must, its ok For the price of 13€. Did not see any additional costs or agreed to pay more than 13€. Welll.. After I checked my bank account.. 13€ +Additional 49,99 € was gone.. I got sugarpunched😵💫
Scammers - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Subscription jumps from £11.99 to £47.99 the following month and you only find this out if you read the small print in a receipt they send you (which went to me SPAM folder so didn't see it). This company will NOT refund. Who in their right minds would pay £47.99 per month for an APP !!!
I have used a plethora of fitness applications, but HARNA is the one that has continued to make me stick to it. The exercises are brief, efficient and completely adaptable. I love the fact that I am able to do them at my home without having to have a lot of equipment.
Only joined yesterday but so far loving it. Never done Pilates before and in my 60’s but I could manage moves ok, yes a couple were more challenging more I need that to progress
I signed up for a trial. It was nothing it sold itself to be so I deleted it 2 days later. I checked my phone for active subscriptions but there was nothing. 6 months later im looking at my bank acc & notice harnafit have just taken $69 Au from my acc. So even tho I deleted the app. Even tho I signed up for a 1 week trial theyve been gouging me for $$ every single month without me knowing because they’re sneaky subscription programme is only available to see thru their website. Cancelled today and have requested a full refund or im gonna escalate the matter further. Sneaky mofo’s. Be careful
This service is incredibly misleading. I accidentally selected a meal plan during registration and immediately realized it right after. Unfortunately, the funds were deducted from my account instantly. I reached out to the support team requesting a refund, but they never returned my money. Be cautious of this deceptive service. Also, don't forget to unsubscribe in the settings, as it automatically charges your account once the initial period ends. It's a fraudulent operation, plain and simple.
This service is truly disappointing and deserves a negative rating! I have been transferred to multiple 'customer service' representatives and the billing department. They provided their refund policy, which indicates I qualify for a refund, yet they keep trying to evade this issue! STAY AWAY from this service and choose trustworthy online options instead... it's a shame!
This seems to be an automated program designed for profit. Exercise caution, as they offer an attractive initial price, but be sure to read the fine print carefully—monthly deductions can exceed the initial amount significantly.
