Buyer beware ! This is not a UK business and its website is inaccurate - I placed an order for 4 items and realised I had (in error) selected the wrong size for one item so immediately ( within 5 minutes ) emailed them asking for the size to be amended ( I had no concerns as their website stated we will reply immediately - even on a Sunday and make any changes ) - I heard nothing - three days later I see my items are coming from China!! Not the plush London front they have on their website! ( the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked on their website again incorrect ! ) - Finally 3 days later I receive a generic email ‘sorry it’s too late to change your order - your package has been shipped’ - well if you had opened my email 3 days ago … goods will be returned and full refund requested - absolutely misleading and factually incorrect so will be reporting this to your acquiror also.
