Review Time
I wouldn't even give it one star but needed to in order to a review.
Ordered 2 tops beginning January. Monies taken. No items arrived. No communications. Can't find the order number as when press email a warning sign comes up. Very very disappointing NO STARS
Order #2211 19/01/26 ordered through Harper and Rue contracted by another company also called Vera and Violet. Upon research the company has many shop fronts but none in London. FB reviews are blocked. Even my review on here was denied. I am not alone in receiving o response and no goods. The return policy is also a sham it is not 30 days it is if they allow a return they will send you label details and the return is up to you.
I can't yet comment upon my goods and their quality as none have been received! I have emailed again with no reply just like the other comments.
Bank statement says whop Harperandrue Altrincham. Facebook comments all removed. Malicious website. No good received ordered on 19/1/26. No tracking. Total scam..using different names. Report to bank and a team action fraud please. Return policy is also a scam! They decide if they will allow a return email it's not 30 days. If you Post a negative comment they block you on Facebook. You can see the amount of comments but there are none. See Violet and Vera on Trustpilot and also marketzone on FB for the other 10+ companies Sea King in Amazon
Well they don’t tell the truth. They purport to be and English Company and yet all of their goods are made in China but they do not state this.Delivery supposed to be in 7-14 days as yet 20 days later no goods but lots of excuses.Don’t believe a word they say I expect you can get the same stuff at Temu at a fraction of the cost and at least it will arrive
As the other reviews - I have not received my order, placed on the 10 January and the tracking link cannot find order number ! No reply to my emails. I am now aware a bogus website not a London based shop! The quality will probably not meet my expectations. I advise you not to buy from this company.
As with all the other reviews I ordered on 18th Jan expecting delivery from London found out yesterday coming from China -still not shipped but according to them they are happy with how my order is progressing!!They are also trading as Violet & Vera AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Buyer beware ! This is not a UK business and its website is inaccurate - I placed an order for 4 items and realised I had (in error) selected the wrong size for one item so immediately ( within 5 minutes ) emailed them asking for the size to be amended ( I had no concerns as their website stated we will reply immediately - even on a Sunday and make any changes ) - I heard nothing - three days later I see my items are coming from China!! Not the plush London front they have on their website! ( the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked on their website again incorrect ! ) - Finally 3 days later I receive a generic email ‘sorry it’s too late to change your order - your package has been shipped’ - well if you had opened my email 3 days ago … goods will be returned and full refund requested - absolutely misleading and factually incorrect so will be reporting this to your acquiror also.
