Ordered 2 books, only one was delivered. I reported the missing item immediately and two weeks later I still haven't received a refund. I returned the book I did receive however they are saying they can't locate it. Thankfully I got proof of postage! Customer Advisors don't respond to some emails, they seem to avoid emails where you are looking for a refund.Absolutely dreadful company I would advise people to purchase books elsewhere.
