Very poor packing items all damaged.I ordered 3 hardback books as a birthday present all special editions and expected when ordering direct from the publisher they would arrive in great condition. Unfortunately they were send in one thin envelope with no protection so they were all damaged. You’d think being the company that produced the books there would be some care with them. Safe to say I’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on.
