Pre-order disappointment. Order placed on 14 Nov 2025 with goods expected by the end of November. Delivery pushed to 8/01 and still not received. The website then updates to say 15/12. Calls go to voicemail, and email responses include every excuse imaginable for the delays. I hope the products are better than the service.
