Fantastic product with exceptional support! Quick shipping during the holiday season! I purchased a foldable catbell for my husband. Initially, I received the wrong size, but the team was incredibly helpful in guiding me on the right choice. The exchange process was seamless and the delivery was impressively fast. The running poles are of excellent quality and design. I even asked my husband to get me a pair for my birthday as well! You can find plenty of helpful tips and instructional videos on the company’s website regarding how to use and assemble your poles.
Pre-order disappointment. Order placed on 14 Nov 2025 with goods expected by the end of November. Delivery pushed to 8/01 and still not received. The website then updates to say 15/12. Calls go to voicemail, and email responses include every excuse imaginable for the delays. I hope the products are better than the service.
There was a total lack of communication regarding the pre-order. When I mentioned I hadn't received an email about any delays, they suggested checking my junk folder (it wasn't there) but didn't clarify the delay or when the jacket might arrive. After asking for clarification and requesting the original email to be resent, my request was ignored until I followed up a week later via their web form and requested a refund, as they had my money for almost 45 days with no product and no satisfactory updates. Not ideal!

I did encounter a warranty issue with one item, but the service was excellent, and it was replaced without any hassle. I've been using their running poles and pack for nearly six months over hundreds of miles. They are definitely well-made and durable.
