There was a total lack of communication regarding the pre-order. When I mentioned I hadn't received an email about any delays, they suggested checking my junk folder (it wasn't there) but didn't clarify the delay or when the jacket might arrive. After asking for clarification and requesting the original email to be resent, my request was ignored until I followed up a week later via their web form and requested a refund, as they had my money for almost 45 days with no product and no satisfactory updates. Not ideal!
