I would NOT use this company again. Their service has been terrible. They claim on their website to have been established in London since 2004, but what they don’t mention is that returns must go to China at your own cost, ranging from £17 to £43. My experience with them was frustrating; I ordered one dress, but they processed two orders and sent two identical dresses. I contacted them within 30 minutes of ordering to report the mistake, but nine days later, they informed me that the order had been dispatched. When I received the dress, it was too big, so I requested to return it along with the unwanted dress. They told me it would cost between £17 and £43 to return to China, or I could accept a 20% refund and keep both dresses (which didn't fit). They later offered a 30% refund, so we ended up accepting that, even though we were charged for a dress we didn’t order. This was a total rip-off. If you use other platforms, they accept returns without such high fees.
