I wish I could rate this with zero stars. The sneakers I received are genuinely awful. They fit awkwardly in every conceivable way. The material is cheap. The website is misleading, and the shipping is from a remote location. There’s nothing good to say about this experience. A friend ordered the same item and tried to exchange them. After seeing her struggle, I decided to donate them, as only those truly in need would want these shoes. That’s what she ultimately did. You can find the same product on another platform and at least get it within a few days with a more user-friendly return process.

This company is absolutely awful and built on a foundation of lies. Items that were advertised as 100% cotton arrived late and turned out to be polyester. Returns must be sent to China at your own expense, and the package has been stuck in transit there for over two months. A refund won't be processed until it reaches its destination in China—completely absurd. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It is NOT a London-based business run by a friendly couple as depicted on the website; it's simply a scam!
The dress arrived promptly but was made from poor-quality fabric and was unwearable. I returned it to the address in China. Fortunately, I have relatives nearby, so the tracked postage only cost £6. They keep claiming to have refunded my money minus an £8 admin fee, but I haven't seen any refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Avoid this company! They falsely advertise items; for instance, dresses that were supposed to be linen turned out to be cheap polyester! They refused a full refund but eventually offered a partial refund after numerous emails. I was told I could return the clothes to China but would have to cover the postage. Scam operation!
I ordered a dress in size XS (6/8) but received a garment that was at least a size 12 or larger. There was no refund, but I was allowed to choose another item from their catalog, which took a lot of email follow-ups to finally receive. The replacement, labeled XS, once again arrived several sizes too large.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wouldn't even give them one star. I returned two low-quality dresses in August 2025 and was promised a partial refund in September, but I still haven't received it despite numerous emails. They pretend to be based in London, but that's not true. The return address is in China! Don't be misled like I was into thinking this is a reliable company.
An update to my review - the company provided details for returning the dress to China, which I followed precisely! Ten weeks after returning it, the dress was sent back to me as undeliverable because it was 'refused' on delivery. I don’t know what's going on with this company, but it's best to AVOID. I've received a couple of dresses from this website that I loved, but if you need to return something, it’s a NIGHTMARE. They require returns to China, and the dress I sent back was tracked on 04/07, yet it's still in transit over eight weeks later with no refund. The tracking shows the last update was on 12/08, after switching from Royal Mail to a Chinese partner. I agree—best NOT to purchase from this site; they claim to be based in London, but returns must go to China—not acceptable for consumers in the UK.
I received an item that was not as advertised, with cheap material. They offered me 20% to keep it, but I refused and did not want to return it at my expense to China (not a London company). They then offered 30%, 40%, and finally 50%. I declined all offers and claimed through my payment provider, which resulted in a full refund. I recommend others do the same.
