I will return the dress because, it’s NOT what I ordered, I’m-returning the dress because it’s not the same dress as the one advertised, it’s not denim, it’s not a quality product, it’s cheap & nasty. If you can’t be honest with your customers and base your business on Lies, you will be found out. Look.at Trustpilot reviews, you have a score of 1.3 with all of the customers telling similar stories to mine so, the dress will be returned, I’ll follow your difficult return process & I’ll look forward to my reimbursement, if that even happens. If you were taking this matter seriously, you would & should be offering me & your many other disappointed customers an easier & more straightforward resolution.
