I waited for this order (a dress called Luisa) from 24 July until today, 14 August. My main reason for the purchase was that it claimed to be made of cotton. It arrived just in time (f2.30pm) for an event that I was planning to wear it for tomorrow. I tried it on immediately (fit not bad) but I observed that it was 95% polyester. Had I known this I would not have ordered it and at £29.95 (down from £60.00) did not consider it as good as dresses (in tee-shirt cotton) I bought for half the price (£15.00 each) last year. I am extremely disappointed after the build-up of expectation. I will keep it but don't consider it good enough to wear for a special occasion and regret that I fell into the trap of purchasing an item which I had assumed was made in England but actually turned out to be made in China.
