This company promote themselves as a London based shop, but in reality their products are made in China, the returns policy is appalling. The dress was made of cheap polyester, and badly made. The sizing was supposed to be 12-14UK size and would not have fitted a child!.I was offered 20% refund which was insulting and I was expected to return it to China. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if you want good quality clothes and goo customer service
