I used Harrington Housing in 2021. I turned up alone in New York to an absolute dump. Nobody met me or showed me around, it was dirty despite them promising cleaners between guests during Covid, one of the bedrooms they called a ‘flex’ was makeshift in the sitting room with no proper walls, natural light or ventilation. Harrington also claimed to be using it as their ‘storage apartment’ as an excuse to pile all of their stuff in our corridor. They never answered calls or emails, unless they were chasing you up for money. They then kicked us all out of our apartment building with 24 hours notice right before Christmas! As international students, we were left with nowhere to stay.Really really disappointing service - I would not recommend.
