I have a regular subscription with this service. They took my monthly payment 10 days ago, but there is still no sign of my order. Communication has been terrible; I finally reached someone on the phone, and they had no information on when my order would arrive. Since I’ve already paid for my dog's food, I'm now out of pocket as I had to buy it again to keep them fed until my order hopefully arrives. Very frustrating service.
