I've been waiting for almost 6 weeks!
Do not order here, its a scampi, when you order they give an order number bij xyl ships and it will never arrive. If you try to search your order they say that they cant find it.
Whenever I call the Harrington’s customer service number my questions are answered and any issues solved right away. Not that I have they have done anything to deserve a call it’s normally something I am not sure about and don’t want to mess up my subscription. I spoke with Rina about my subscription order and she was able to help me with something I wasn’t sure could be done on the app. I have spoken with Rina before about something else and again she was really helpful. Can’t fault Harrington’s customer service team.

I have made a mistake when adding a product to my existing subscription and had to ring Harringtons directly.
The phone was answered very quickly by a lovely lady called Rina who was very nice and helpful and sorted all out for me. I wish every company was as easy, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much.
Had a few problems with packaging at first but this was rectified and i cannot fault them since, very good service and customer after care.
Also if using their subscription service they are cheaper than ordering from supermarkets and other pet stores.
The delivery was incredibly quick, and my cat really enjoys the taste. She appears more satisfied after meals, thanks to the higher meat content in this wet food compared to the previous brand we used. We'll be ordering regularly from now on.
Setting up a repeat subscription tailored to my pet's needs was incredibly straightforward. He really enjoyed the grain-free dog food and treats. After I forgot to cancel my last order when switching him to hypoallergenic food, I reached out for assistance. I spoke with a representative who was absolutely wonderful! They quickly understood my needs and clearly explained how they would resolve the issue. Within an hour, the order was adjusted to be returned to the depot, and delivery was not attempted. I couldn't have asked for better service, so a big thank you!
I have a regular subscription with this service. They took my monthly payment 10 days ago, but there is still no sign of my order. Communication has been terrible; I finally reached someone on the phone, and they had no information on when my order would arrive. Since I’ve already paid for my dog's food, I'm now out of pocket as I had to buy it again to keep them fed until my order hopefully arrives. Very frustrating service.
In addition to the outstanding quality of the food, the convenience of having the heavy items delivered to our doorstep at a time that suits us is fantastic. Although we currently have only one dog, adjusting our order was an easy process. Highly recommended!
