Avoid at all costs; my husband is struggling to secure his guaranteed refund. After sending it back, the refund has dropped to 60% for a jacket that’s a complete scam. I'm hoping to get my money back through the bank, but I'm uncertain how that will pan out. This seller, based in China, produces subpar items at inflated prices. A jacket priced over £60 is supposedly worth £200+, and I doubt it would even sell in a charity shop!
