I ordered two jackets in double XL, but when they arrived, one fit like a large and the other like an XL. I requested a refund, but was informed I needed to return them at my own shipping cost. After they receive the items, I would have to wait 30 days for my refund. I ended up donating the jackets. I would advise against ordering from this service, as I paid significantly more than similar items available elsewhere. Overall, a frustrating experience.

It matched the description perfectly, had a great fit, was warm to wear, and was incredibly comfortable. The price was quite reasonable. I've been wearing it constantly, and it washes wonderfully. Avoid at all costs; my husband is struggling to secure his guaranteed refund. After sending it back, the refund has dropped to 60% for a jacket that’s a complete scam. A jacket priced over £60 is supposedly worth £200+, and I doubt it would even sell in a charity shop!
